A THIRST FOR SHANTY The AudeShantyMen will be appearing at the Brasserie du Quercorb at 16h00 on Sunday 18 October where you will be able to listen to (and join in) great music while enjoying a choice of the best Bière Artisanale de Luxe. Brasserie du Quercorb is a family owned craft brewery based deep in Cathar country in the foothills of the Pyrenees. Their passion is for great tasting beer. Liquid perfection with a meticulous finish! Each of their recipes has a contemporary twist, but also a deep respect for tradition. They believe that the best tasting beers are natural and unfiltered.
